These terms govern your use of DayFreed, operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]. By creating an account or using DayFreed, you agree to them.
What DayFreed is
DayFreed is a marketplace platform. Customers book services; independent Providers perform them. Providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of DayFreed. We approve Providers for listing but do not supervise, direct, or guarantee their work. Your contract for services is with the Provider.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information, and keep your account secure — you are responsible for activity under it. One account per person; business staff must use their own accounts with a team invitation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the platform.
Bookings and payments
Booking requests, pricing, and availability are set by the Provider and shown before you book. Payments are processed through our payment processor (Stripe); by booking, you authorize the applicable charge. Cancellation and refund terms are shown at booking. DayFreed may cancel or refund bookings in cases of fraud, safety concerns, or platform abuse.
Provider responsibilities
Providers must maintain accurate business information, hold all licenses, permits, and insurance required by law, perform services professionally and safely as described, honor confirmed bookings or cancel promptly, and comply with applicable laws including tax obligations. We may remove or suspend Providers following complaints, safety issues, or failed re-verification.
Reviews and conduct
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences — no fake, incentivized, or defamatory reviews. You agree not to violate any law, misrepresent your identity, harass others, circumvent DayFreed's booking or payment systems, scrape platform data, or interfere with platform security.
Disclaimers and liability
DayFreed is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damages arising from Provider services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to DayFreed in the 12 months before the claim or (b) $100.
Disputes
Contact [support@dayfreed.com] first so we can try to resolve disputes informally. Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under [AAA/JAMS] rules, and you waive class-action and jury-trial rights to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE].
Changes and contact
